Whirligarden Gin is a combination of creative art and innovative distilling using pot distillation, varpor distillation and cold distillation. Juniper, coriander and angelica are macerated in whey and corn spirits, with a medley of grapefruit, orange, lemon peels, then distilled using a vapor infusion of florals and final additions of cold distilled yuzu and jasmine. At 57%, this navy strength gin is a citrus and floral forward gin, with a long fresh finish perfect for a martini or an addition to a French 75.
