Like their other expressions, it is crafted using 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from both the Highland and Lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico. This blend of agave origins aims to create a balanced and complex tequila. The agave is slow-cooked in stone ovens, and the resulting “mosto” is double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills.
