Top Shelf Cherry Blossom Bitters capture the revered floral aromatics of the ephemeral cherry blossom paired with the sweet and tart flavour of Ontario cherries. The natural sweetness of the Sakura flower adds a delicate layer of flavour that compliments the bitterness of cherry bark and faint almond notes.

- 1 oz Top Shelf Vodka
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- Lemon (½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice & Lemon Ribbon)
- 6 dashes Top Shelf Cherry Blossom Bitters
- 3 dashes Top Shelf Orange Bitters
- Soda Water
Add all ingredients (except lemon ribbon & soda water) to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour contents into a collins glass. Top with soda water and add more ice if necessary. Garnish with Lemon Ribbon.
