Terralta Añejo Tequila

Terralta Añejo Tequila is a distinguished, additive-free tequila produced by Felipe Camarena at the El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in the highlands of Jalisco. A key characteristic of Terralta is the exclusive use of deep well water sourced 150 meters beneath the distillery, which imparts a unique earthy and mineral profile to the tequila. The agave used is 100% Blue Weber from the highlands and it’s aged for 12-18 months in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels.

• Aroma: Expect inviting aromas of cooked agave, often accompanied by stone fruit, peppery oak, and a hint of light caramel. Some also detect notes of maple, leather, mild smoke, fruit, and a subtle touch of vanilla and spice.
