Tequila Reposado Frida Kahlo

Frida Kahlo Reposado Tequila is a super-premium tequila named in honor of the iconic Mexican artist. It is crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% Blue Weber Agave that is hand-selected at peak maturity. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional adobe brick ovens, then steamed and cooled before being pressed to extract the finest juices. This tequila is naturally fermented without artificial ingredients and double-distilled in antique copper stills. It is aged for six to nine months in American oak casks before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Enticing notes of cooked agave, vanilla, and honey, complemented by subtle vegetal undertones and a hint of oak. Some also detect cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
• Palate: A complex palate featuring a harmonious blend of agave, wood, spice, and pepper, with a touch of honey sweetness. Some describe flavors of vegetation, butter, and a dash of smoke mixed with sweet vanilla.
• Finish: Silky and medium-bodied, offering a smooth and elegant finish with lingering notes of spice and oak. Some note a spicy finish with cinnamon and white pepper.
