At the heart of this bundle is our signature maple-finished whisky, inspired by the legendary Rideau Trail. Double-barrelled and finished in a #3 char cask washed with dark local maple syrup, it delivers a warm, rich maple character layered with notes of vanilla, spice, and a long, smooth finish.

Paired alongside is a bottle of Upper Narrows Barrel Aged Maple Syrup, produced just outside Perth at Upper Narrows Retreat. Harvested from over 800 trees using a gravity-fed system and aged to deepen its character, this syrup is thick, amber, and full-bodied — perfect for elevating everything from breakfast to cocktails.

Rounding out the trio is our award-winning Top Shelf Vodka. Distilled in small batches from locally sourced corn, it’s exceptionally smooth, clean, and subtly sweet — the ideal base for craft cocktails or a crisp vodka soda.
