Using and Caring for Your Viski Barware:

• Jigger: In the world of mixology, precision is king. Your professional-grade jigger has a capacity of 1 ounce on one side, 2 on the other, and shows markings at 0.5, 0.75, and 1.5 ounces. For the most reliable measurements, hold jigger between two fingers, steady, and fill to brim or measurement line. Tip contents quickly into mixing glass.
• Bar Spoon: Preserve your cocktail’s clarity by mixing instead of shaking. Pour ingredients into a chilled glass, insert bar spoon, add ice, and stir gently for up to 60 seconds.
• Hawthorne Strainer: Place over the mouth of the mixing glass and hold down with two fingers to finely strain your drink.
