This complex, fruit-forward rum is rooted in community collaboration. Named for our friends at San Sebastian Winery just a “stone’s throw” away from our distillery, our distillers aged new make rum in freshly dumped San Sebastian Winery port barrels that originally held our Florida Straight Bourbon.
