St. Bernardus Tokyo was first brewed in 2012 for the opening of the first St. Bernardus-themed café in the Japanese capital. Eight years later, it’s back with a new recipe. Tokyo is an unfiltered, golden ale, which has been brewed with a large amount of wheat, somewhere between a wit beer and a saison. It’s famed for its hints of citrus, combined with floral aromas of chamomile and fruity yeast aromas of banana and red apple. 6.0% abv.
