Thankfully, Colorado’s unique high-and-dry climate makes for higher-proof whisky the longer it sits in the barrel. Depending on the barrel, the cask-strength whisky can be anywhere from 125 to 127 proof and varies in flavors of toasted sugar, nutty, dark fruit, and smoky elements present throughout. The single barrel, uncut malt whisky is richer in flavor, stronger in delivery, and just as dangerously drinkable as our classic Single Malt.
