Since 2014 Top Shelf Distillers has worked tirelessly to produce small crafted artisanal spirits. In 2015 we started our journey to revive a 100 year drought of Perth Ontario barrelled and bottled Canadian Whisky.
Lanark Highlands Rideau Whisky made in virgin white oak char 3 Kelvin Cooperage and Canton Cooperage barrels. Stored and managed on site at the distillery in Perth until aging complete at 3 years.
