Santa Ema’s Amplus One is a blend of Carmenere, Syrah and Carignan and is fruity, full bodied and expressive. It is hand-picked from the Cerro Blanco vineyard, then spends 12 months in French oak barrels with a minimum of 6 months in the bottle. Aromas and flavors of red and black cherries and black currant, along with notes of tobacco, chocolate, and pencil lead.Well-structured with ripe and rounded tannins. A full bodied, fruity and expressive with influenced by the warm climate and breezes from nearby Lake Rapel. From Peumo, Cachapoal Valley in Chile. 85% Carmenere, 10% Syrah, 5% Carignan. 14.0% ABV.
