Celebrated as “the wine of kings and popes,” this white wine is predominantly crafted from Malvasia grapes grown in volcanic soils that impart unique minerality. The grapes benefit from ideal sun exposure and cooling breezes from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Fermentation is precisely managed at 15-16°C over 10-12 days using selected yeasts to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity, delivering a refined expression of this ancient Roman wine tradition.
