Rabbit Hole PX Sherry Cash Finished Bourbon is a five year old Bourbon finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, bottled at 93 proof. The stock for this finished Bourbon differs from their Rabbit Hole’s mainline expression, made from a more conventional wheated mash bill. The nose offers strong scents of Sherry butt that sits on top of the, with more scents of wine, raisin aromas and a trace of musty wood. The customary caramel comes forward later, along with it comes some cherry sweetness. The finish is light, with the slightest touch of dryness that fades away quickly.
