Barrel aging (rare for white rums) gives the Platino a unique smoothness and complex flavor profile. Aged at least 1 year in Laws Whiskey House bourbon barrels. We pick up notes of biscotti, cream soda, cardamom, coffee, vanilla and pepper. Great for Mojitos, Classic Daiquiris and light, refreshing cocktails.
