The palate shows classic Jamaican funk lifted by starfruit, lemongrass, and overripe orchard fruit, all supported by warm vanilla, nutmeg, and light caramel. The finish is long and complex, carrying citrus, soft smoke, cinnamon, and subtle notes of custard, almond, and coffee.
