Blue Weber agave is harvested at peak ripeness, slow-cooked in traditional masonry steam ovens for 36 hours, then double-distilled in copper alembic stills before being aged 18 months in new American white oak barrels — roasted to accentuate the aromas and flavors they impart.
The result is a wood-dominant profile with a character similar to a fine single malt whiskey, with the blending of vintages from different aging stages imparting exceptional depth to the liquid. Rich notes of hazelnut and vanilla make it a whiskey-drinker’s Añejo — a blessing for aged agave lovers, and the perfect gateway tequila for the bourbon crowd.
