Lustau Blanco Vermouth Drink

Lustau produces a sweet white vermouth in Jerez, Spain, crafted from a blend of Fino and Moscatel sherries. This vermouth features nine botanicals, including wormwood, chamomile, gentian, marjoram, orange peel, and rosemary, each macerated separately before being combined and added to the sherry. Fortified with a neutral spirit distilled from 100% Airen grapes, it contains 144 grams of sugar per liter. The result is a bitter and nutty expression with notes of hazelnut, blackberry, orange, spearmint, sea salt, nutmeg, lemon, and vanilla. With an ABV of 15%, the Fino sherry contributes dry minerality and almond characteristics, while the Moscatel adds a sweet, floral, citrus-peel finish. This vermouth is delicious on its own and in cocktails. 15.0% ABV
