An ode to the escarpment region of Ontario and the bountiful fruit that comes from Niagara, Top Shelf Distillers has made the Peach Crumble into a decadent sipping beverage. In every sip, you’ll find the taste of freshly squeezed peaches, cinnamon and toasted granola.
Serve this sweet treat with Iced Tea, soda or over ice.
Easy Cocktail: Escarpment Sweet Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 oz whisky
- 1 oz Peach Crumble Liquor
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey
- 4 oz chilled Black Tea
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Fill shaker with ice and shake until chilled
- Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a fresh peach slice or mint sprig
