Crafted from 100% Blue Agave, this tequila respects traditional methods: the agave is steamed for 40 hours in masonry ovens, crushed using a Struder mill, and fermented with natural yeast extracted from the agave itself. The result is a rich, smooth, and authentic Añejo tequila.
