We fully age our whisky in new heavily charred American Oak casks, then finish it in freshly emptied barrels arriving directly to us from holding Founders’ KBS – A world-renowned barrel-aged imperial coffee and chocolate stout. The result is the delicious complement to our award-winning whisky of the heather honey, black cherry and peppery notes.
