This unique finishing process distinguishes it within the Tradicional line and aims to impart a richer complexity and a remarkably smooth finish. It represents the brand’s commitment to artisanal traditions, including cooking the agave in clay ovens and distilling in copper stills.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Medium amber.
• Aroma: Cooked agave, vanilla, and stewed tropical fruit are prominent, along with black pepper and rich baking spices derived from the Irish cask finishing. Some also note raw honey and lime zest.
• Palate: Rich yet light on the palate, with top notes of agave, cooked figs, vanilla, and pepper. Secondary notes of toasted nuts, cinnamon, cloves, and caramel unfold. Some detect a malt sweetness from the Irish whiskey barrel finish.
• Finish: Long and smooth with a lingering oak presence and often a hint of caramelized agave and vanilla.
