This is the first whiskey distilled in County Mayo in over 150 years. It is made from 100% malted Irish barley and aged for at least four years in a combination of ex-bourbon oak barrels as well as oloroso sherry barrels. Crafted by the Atlantic in custom copper pot stills and bottled at 94 proof.
