Made from 100% Colorado-grown White Sonora Wheat, this whiskey is beautifully rich and smooth. This wheat is a culturally significant grain and is included in the Slow Food USA’s Ark of Taste. White Sonora is one of the oldest wheat varieties in North America, brought over by Spanish missionaries in the 1600s. It is now prized by artisanal bakers for its rich, nutty and sweet flavor. Likened to some of the best Japanese Single Malts for a fraction of the price, this is a wonderful sipping whiskey that pays homage to the grain from which it comes.
