Gran Centenario Plata Tequila is an un-aged tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave. The brand emphasizes a commitment to tradition and quality, using a proprietary process called “Selección Suave” where they blend newly rested tequilas with smoother, aged reserves to achieve a unique profile even in their blanco expression. It is double-distilled and rested in low-char American Oak Pipónes (large wooden vats) for a period, often cited as 4-6 weeks or an average of 7 weeks, which is unusual for a blanco and contributes to its smoothness.
