Cap & Cane Golden Rum is created using fancy grade molasses and multiple yeast strains, then both double copper pot batch distilled, and column distilled to less than 80% abv and aged in used Bourbon and Rye Whiskey barrels. Both maturation barrel styles are blended together to deliver the best balance between sweet toffee rum with notes of light whiskey. Perfect addition to a Painkiller.
