That’s why we created Summit Gin; an invigorating take on a time- honored classic infused with 12 adventurous botanicals. This expertly crafted juniper- based gin has a flavor profile with notes of cassia bark, lavender, marshmallow and orris root, paired with aromatic undertones of allspice, grains of paradise, angelica root, and coriander, delicately balanced for a bright finish with ginger, orange and lemon zest. Summit Gin is perfect for a classy evening Tom Collins or as a proud reminder to King George III that we won the Revolutionary War and can make gin however we damn well please.
