G4 — standing for four generations — is the project of Felipe Camarena, distilled at El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco. Agaves are cooked in stone ovens for 22 hours, crushed in a handmade metal tahona, double-distilled in copper stills, and made with a unique 50/50 blend of collected rainwater and spring water. The Reposado is then aged six months in used bourbon barrels.

The result is agave-forward and additive-free — cooked agave and grapefruit on the nose, with an oily, smooth palate of agave, black pepper, butter, citrus, and a touch of oak and vanilla. The agave is the undisputed star, with the bourbon barrel adding just enough complexity without taking over — clean, mineral, and satisfying from start to finish.
