Ethanology Gin Aged in Barrels

An evocative and enveloping gin inspired by the dynamic winters of Northern Michigan.

Fragrance of subtle cedarwood, red rooibos and orange crème brûlée. This heady aromatic experience is bolstered by a lively palate of mulling spice and toasted sugar. A long finish of orange cream and vanilla provides accentuation, similar to a fine whiskey.

With Northern Michigan as our backdrop, we set out to develop a gin with no equals. A gin without compromises or concessions. Then, we barrel aged it.

Composition:
Base Neutral Grain Distillate: Red Winter Wheat sourced from Valley View Farm in East Jordan Michigan.
Northern Michigan Winter Inspired Botanicals: Eastern European Juniper, Fig, Frankincense, Mint, Orange Peel, Nutmeg, Allspice, Licorice root, Orris Root, Angellica.
