Siete Misterios Ensamble Especial is a limited-edition artisanal mezcal crafted in San Dionisio, Oaxaca. It blends five agave varietals—Espadín, Tepeztate, Tobalá, Madrecuishe, and Mexicano—using traditional methods: earth oven roasting, horse-drawn tahona milling, open-air fermentation with wild yeasts, and double distillation in copper pot stills. This meticulous process results in a complex, expressive spirit that honors ancestral mezcal traditions

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Herbaceous and earthy aromas with hints of sweet tobacco, corn husk, and subtle smoke.
