Hypnose was developed as a celebration of noble hop refinement and Old World malt and yeast culture. Lush and assertively hopped and dry hopped with Styrian Goldings (Celia), East Kent Goldings and Bramling Cross – layers of herbal dynamism reveal spicy notes of blackcurrant, lemon zest, spring botanicals. Subtle floral and stone fruit esters match a superb balance of malt character and a crisp snappy bitterness. The resulting pint is one full of depth, complexity and refreshment. 5.4% ABV
