A premium, small-batch spirit crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on Don Pilar’s private ranches in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila undergoes a unique fermentation process known as the “Mozart Method,” where classical music is played during fermentation to enhance yeast activity. Aged for six months in virgin American white oak barrels with a medium toast, it achieves a harmonious balance between agave freshness and oak complexity.
