Don Pilar Añejo Tequila is an artisanal spirit crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave cultivated on five ranches in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested at full maturity, slow-cooked, and fermented using the unique “Mozart Method,” where classical music is played during fermentation to enhance yeast activity. This tequila is double-distilled and aged for 18 months in virgin American white oak barrels, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile.
