Our distillers painstakingly craft, age and monitor barrels of our flagship Rideau Whisky. It’s a labour of love as we embed ourselves in every step of the process. We earmark barrels of Rideau Whisky that we feel tell the story of our bourbon-style for an extra 1-2 years ageing in barrel. We handpick a limited number of these barrels for single-cask releases at cask strength.

After a century-long whisky drought in Perth, we started making whisky in 2016.
