6 O’clock Damson Gin is a fantastically fruity and subtly sweet gin liqueur crafted by steeping masses of hand-picked British damson plums in 6 O’clock Gin’s strikingly smooth London Dry Gin for at least six months. A touch of sugar is added to balance the natural tartness of the fruit. The result is a rich, ruby-red spirit that is velvety smooth with an intense depth of flavour and a pleasing fruity dryness. Bottled at 40% ABV.

• Nose: Inviting aromas of ripe damsons with a subtle almond-like nuttiness from the stone. Hints of juniper and a whisper of spice provide a balanced aromatic depth. Some detect notes of apricot pit and marzipan.
