Partida Añejo Cristalino is a clear tequila that begins as their Añejo expression, aged for a minimum of 18 months in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels. After aging, it undergoes a natural charcoal filtration process to remove the color while retaining the complex aromas and flavors gained during maturation. This process results in a spirit that offers the smoothness and depth of an Añejo but with the crisp and clean appearance of a Blanco. Partida emphasizes an “agave-first” mentality and is certified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Opens with vibrant aromas of cooked agave, mingled with notes of honey, vanilla, and touches of almond. Some detect hints of American oak.
