Coyote Mezcal Siete Misterios

Siete Misterios Mezcal Coyote is an artisanal expression crafted in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, using 100% wild Coyote agave (Agave americana). This rare agave, closely related to Arroqueño, imparts a distinctive herbal character to the mezcal. Traditional production methods are employed: the agave is roasted in earthen pits, hand-milled, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in clay pot stills, resulting in a mezcal bottled at approximately 46% ABV.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromatic blend of dried herbs such as holy leaf and epazote, complemented by pine needles and bright citrus notes of lime and grapefruit peel.

• Palate: Smooth and full-bodied, featuring flavors of cooked agave, licorice, anise, mint, and subtle earthy tones.
