How To Use Your Hardwood Cocktail Smoker

To get started, simply place your cocktail smoker on top of a glass, add a pinch or two of wood chips to the chamber and light for 10 to 15 seconds. How long you leave the smoke in the glass before removing the smoke top to enjoy this new taste sensation, is totally up to you – but try 30 seconds to start. Now you’re an expert – up your cocktail game and smoke infuse a Bloody Mary by using the smoker on top of a cocktail shaker then shaking the smoke through the cocktail before serving!
