Distilled from the same mash bill as their small batch straight bourbon—73% white corn, 10% rye, and 17% malted barley—this vodka undergoes a meticulous distillation process. It is first distilled on a 50-foot Vendome copper column still, followed by a 600-gallon copper pot still, and finally on a custom Vendome vodka still. The vodka is then proofed with water sourced from Castle & Key’s historic “key”-shaped limestone spring, resulting in a spirit that embodies the purity and character of its origins.
