Then he had the crazy idea to bring that Bourbon home to Colorado for finishing in freshly emptied barrels of our award-winning Spirit Hound American Single Malt Whisky. Time and our Colorado climate did the rest, giving this fantastic Bourbon a “Spirit Hound Soul”. Aged to our palate, this Bourbon is balanced, mellow, complex, and never blended.
