It is named in tribute to late Master Distiller Booker Noe’s lifelong affection for New Orleans, specifically inspired by his love for a particular hot dog street cart in the city.

• Aroma: Dominant vanilla and caramel, complemented by rye-driven spices like cloves and black pepper.
• Palate: Robust and viscous with classic Beam “peanut shell” notes, dark chocolate, oak, and molasses.
• Finish: Long and warming, transitioning from crystallized brown sugar sweetness to an earthy, spicy close.
