Our Bluecoat Barrel-Finished Gin uses the same base as our Bluecoat American Dry Gin. The spirit spends a minimum of 12 months aging in new American white oak barrels, providing a unique, well-rounded and complex spirit.
Tasting Notes: Hints of caramel and whiskey without sacrificing juniper or pepper notes. Caramelized citrus, maple, vanilla and orange also come through, creating an amazingly fragrant and vibrant, yet mellow gin.
Serving Suggestions: Best used as a whiskey replacement in cocktails. Can also be served straight over large format ice, or neat. See more recipe ideas.
