Our flagship Bourbon, crafted with precision and aged to perfection, is a one-of-a-kind blend of four premium grains – corn, rye, red winter wheat, and barley. Unlike traditional Bourbons that only use three grains, we’ve added red winter wheat for a touch of sweetness and a velvety mouthfeel, and rye for a bold and spicy kick. This full-flavored and perfectly balanced Bourbon is then aged on-site in our rackhouse for a minimum of 5+ years, allowing the flavors to meld and mature to create a truly distinctive Bourbon.
