Blanco Tequila Eterno Verano

Eterno Verano Blanco Tequila is a premium, un-aged tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The brand name, meaning “Eternal Summer,” embodies a spirit of adventure and the joy of living, inspired by the classic surf film “The Endless Summer.” The agave piñas are cooked in autoclaves and crushed with a mechanical chopper/shredder. The “mosto” (sweet juice) is double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills by Master Tequilero Arturo Fuentes, with careful removal of heads and tails during both distillations. The tequila is bottled at 40% ABV using environmentally friendly recycled glass and finished with a natural cork closure.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: The aroma presents notes of stone fruit, baking spices, and an earthy quality described as “terra firma.” Some also detect grassy, citrus (lime), light herbal, and floral notes with a hint of agave.
• Palate: It is described as dry and earthy with a citrus-tinged flavor. Expect light herbal and citrus flavors, often slightly sweet at the start, followed by a dryness. Some note a touch of salinity and chocolate.
• Finish: The finish is generally clean and invigorating, often with hints of smooth black pepper or a light peppery spice of medium length, sometimes accompanied by agave sweetness.
