Blackberry Whisky Defiant

The elusive spirit is captured in a hand-built copper still, and toasted American white oak softens the whisky, developing a rich amber color. We add blackberry and natural flavors to make a delicate, slightly sweet spirit that maintains the taste of berries, honey, and notes of vanilla, caramel, and tannins.
