Tequila Seda is produced in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico at Destiladora de Agave Azul, S.A. de C.V. The agave is cooked in stone brick ovens for 52hrs, and the product is extracted using a roller mill. The yeast is 100% Mexican and the tequila is distilled in stainless tanks and aged in ex-bourbon casks for about 10 months. The tequila is then proofed down using water from the Big Spring, PA’s most award-winning water source.
