Crafted to mirror the essence of traditional English gins, it intertwines classic botanicals like juniper berry, coriander, and angelica with distinctive Japanese flavors such as Hidaka kelp, dried daikon, and shiitake mushrooms.

Beyond these key components, the recipe incorporates a medley of cinnamon, lemon peel, blueberry, lavender, cardamom, clove, black pepper, and pink pepper. Sourced predominantly from the local Benizakura Park and the broader Hokkaido island, these botanicals contribute to the gin’s unique profile.
