Grapes & Winemaking We use a soft pressing of the grapes, low temperature fermentation, and maturation in a steel tank which lasts for 60 days or longer. Our winemaking process is patient, allowing us to produce a clean wine with a premium taste. Throughout the winemaking of this Chardonnay we aim to achieve extraordinary freshness and light, elegant aromas with a unique style: fresh, light, approachable and of course, delightfully zero sugar. Tasting Notes Elegant with floral aromas, notes of white flowers, tropical fruits and citrus. The taste is soft and fresh with an excellent acidity and balance. This is a unique style of Chardonnay, created to pair with all of your unplanned midweek wine o’clock moments. It is a subtle Chardonnay that goes well with appetizers and snacks like olives, celery and carrot sticks, and with dishes that have a silky texture such as risotto.
