AOC Bordeaux – 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon with a golden straw yellow color. Intense and complex nose of tropical fruit aromas (mango, passion fruit, pineapple) and vanilla notes. Nice, lively and rich attack with a citrus note on the aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif, or served with seafood or fish dishes. Best served between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius (50-54 degrees Fahrenheit).
