Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Deeply complex and highly evolved. Intense aromas of concentrated dried fruits (prunes, figs, dates), candied citrus peel, alongside profound rancio notes suggesting walnuts, old leather, cigar box, and forest floor. Layers of dark chocolate, espresso, honey, beeswax, sandalwood, and complex spice add further intrigue.
• Palate: Exceptionally smooth, viscous, and mouth-coating. Concentrated flavors of prune jam, stewed dark fruits, dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, and licorice are interwoven with intricate spice notes (clove, black pepper), polished oak, and dominant nutty/earthy rancio characteristics.
• Finish: Extremely long, evolving, and warming. Waves of flavor persist, including dried fruit, complex spice, dark cocoa, toasted nuts, polished oak, and the signature deep rancio of exceptionally aged Armagnac.
